If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment of an order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Arch & Vale is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping fees and taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers. We do not directly store your complete payment-card information.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some Arch & Vale products suggest activities or experiences for customers to complete. These suggestions are provided for general inspiration and participation is voluntary.

Purchasing a product grants you the right to use it for personal, noncommercial purposes. It does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, adapt, or commercially use our content or designs without prior written permission.
9. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
